What is a Home Buyers Report Level 2

A Homebuyers Report objectively describes the condition of the different elements of the building and provides an assessment of the relative importance of the defects/problems.  This intermediate level of service includes a more extensive visual inspection of the building, its services and grounds.  The report will help a home buyer make a reasoned and informed judgement on whether to proceed with the purchase or not. Our services are available in Wicklow, Carlow, Gorey, Greystones, Bray and Arklow.

The Homebuyer Report is more suited towards a wider range of conventionally built homes found in a reasonable condition and is the minimum level of report that WeSurvey recommends for most properties.

WeSurvey Surveyors are on hand to talk through any information or advice provided in your Homebuyers Report after you have received it, so you can feel confident about understanding your potential purchase.
