What is an Apartment Survey

WeSurvey offer a Professional Apartment Survey.  An Apartment Survey is very similar to a Condition Survey Level 1. The report objectively describes the condition of the Apartment through a visual walk-through survey only.

Our Apartment surveys are more suited towards conventionally built units that are presented already in a good condition which are constructed within the Wicklow, Greystones, Bray,Arklow, Carlow and Gorey areas.

WeSurvey Apartment Surveys are succinct and will only identify the major defects and problems. Where we are unable to reach a conclusion with reasonable confidence, a recommendation for further investigation may be necessary. Once the survey is completed an electronic report is provided to clients by email in a secure PDF document.
