What is a Condition Survey Level 1

A Condition Survey Level 1 is far less extensive than a Home Buyers Report or a Full Level 3 Building Survey. The report objectively describes the condition of the building, its services and the grounds through a visual walk-through visual survey only. This survey is the most basic of the three surveys and is designed for home buyers seeking a professional and objective report on the condition of a property. Our services are available in Wicklow, Carlow, Gorey, Greystones, Bray and Arklow.

The Condition Survey are more suited towards conventionally built Apartments and Duplex’s that are presented already in a good condition. 

WeSurvey Condition Survey  reports are succinct and will only identify the major defects and problems. Where we are unable to reach a conclusion with reasonable confidence, a recommendation for further investigation may be necessary. 

Once the survey is completed an electronic report is provided to clients by email in a secure PDF document.
