Professional Snag List Inspection 

WeSurvey offer a Professional Snag list Inspection and Snag list re-inspection.  Our process involves looking at every component of the property that is visible.  A snag list identifies anything which falls below good standards of workmanship. Our services are available in Wicklow, Carlow, Gorey, Greystones, Bray and Arklow.

WeSurvey Snag Lists are a visual inspection of the construction and services of your newly built property in sufficient detail to allow our qualified Registered Building Surveyor to compile a list of defects, irregularities & shortcomings with the newly built property.   

WeSurvey find that a typical Snag List of a 3-bed semi-detached home will expect to find between 75 to 125 itemised snags.

On average, WeSurvey inspections and the entire process takes approximately 4 to 5 hours, however this depends on the size of the property.  Our Snag Lists are issued to you within 24 hours of the inspection within a PDF format which includes a catalogue of pictures.
