What is a Building Survey  Level 3

The Building Survey Level 3 is the most in-depth and comprehensive of our reports.  ​The inspection and report go into a greater level of detail than our other surveys, providing further advice regarding the causes and remedy of defects or potential issues which may arise if these defects are not addressed. Our services are available in Wicklow, Carlow, Gorey, Greystones, Bray and Arklow.

WeSurvey would recommend that you select this option should your property be historic, greater than 75 years old, very large in size, run-down, or if you plan to undertake extensive works.

Minor defects which are usually not included within the Homebuyers Report are often covered here and advice is also given to defects which may be present within hidden areas.

​Our Registered Building Surveyor is on hand to talk through any information or advice provided in your report after you have received, it so you can feel more confident about understanding your potential purchase.
