Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, we cannot allow clients to attend the inspection. We do however encourage all clients to speak to us after they have received and reviewed their report.
Following inspection of the property, we aim to return all reports within 3 business days. You will receive a PDF copy of your report via email.
We aim to book all surveys within a maximum of 5 working days. As our surveys require access to the property, we do rely on the Vendor/Agent/Tenant to be available, so that we can gain access within this time period.
Our Professional reports only compiled by a Registered Building Surveyor affiliated with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI). Our membership with the SCSI is recognition of our professional competence.
